Ohwa Tax Co. was established as a tax service company of the Ohwa Group by partners who have experience at major tax accounting firms and major auditing firms.<\/p>\n

Many people think that a tax accounting firm only prepares financial statements and tax returns, but we do not only prepare annual tax returns, but also provide advisory services based on business analysis and in cooperation with audit firms and financial advisory firms. We also provide advisory services for “business succession”, “business turnaround”, “organizational restructuring including M&A”, etc., which are necessary for each stage of a company. Since April 2015, we have been working to strengthen our services under a new structure, with the appointment of Tax Accountant with experience at the National Tax Administration Bureau as advisors.<\/p>\n
