Additionally, we offer back-office support for newly established companies.<\/p>\r\n      <h2>Subsidy Consultation<\/h2>\r\n      <p>Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) subsidies are provided under the employment insurance program, known as the &#8220;employment two projects.&#8221; These subsidies are funded by a portion of the insurance premiums paid by companies participating in labor insurance. Unlike loans, subsidies do not require repayment. While the subsidy application process may appear complex due to the necessary documents, it helps improve labor and attendance management.
