Philosophy
We strive to be a trusted audit firm by using our ability to identify “facts” and provide both “critical” and “leadership” functions.
In recent years, audit firms have faced increased scrutiny following accounting scandals. To uphold and enhance audit quality, we continually implement additional measures, such as setting new standards and adhering to governance codes. As a crucial entity in the capital markets, we understand the importance of fulfilling our accountability to various stakeholders by conducting audits in compliance with rigorous standards. Over the past 70 years since the establishment of the CPA system and 50 years since the founding of the first audit firm in Japan, our fundamental mission remains unchanged. We believe that Certified Public Accountants play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability of financial documents and promoting fair business practices, investor protection, and the sound development of the national economy.
Our approach extends beyond mere adherence to formal manuals; we emphasize understanding the underlying facts and conducting audits with both a guiding and critical function to enhance the credibility of financial statements. We are committed to reaffirming our mission as an audit corporation and aspire to be a trusted partner to companies and stakeholders alike, focusing on our mission rather than getting caught up in formalities.
