Business Innovation Support Organization

Ohwa & Co. was certified as an “Organization to Support Business Innovation, etc.” in November 2012. By engaging our certified organization for support, SMEs can benefit from the following advantages in terms of cost burden, financing, and taxation.

cost-bearing The government will subsidize 2/3 of the total amount of up to 3 million yen for the expert fees to be borne by the company for support in formulating a revitalization plan and monitoring. In addition, guarantee fees from credit guarantee associations may be reduced or exempted.
fundraising For small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that are taking on the challenge of starting up a new business or diversifying or transforming their business, Japan Finance Corporation (JFC) will provide low-interest loans to the SMEs if an approved support organization is involved in supporting the planning and implementation of the business.
taxation business Under the 2013 tax reform, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) engaged in certain businesses are allowed to take a special depreciation of 30% of their capital investment in order to improve their management, provided that they receive guidance and advice from an approved support organization.
